Home Care Virtual Assistants

Virtual assistants built
for home care agencies.

Rising Star Solutions places dedicated, full-time virtual assistants inside U.S. home care agencies. Each VA works your schedule, in your software, under a U.S.-managed account team, and handles one of the four jobs that keep an agency running: caregiver recruiting, client intake, scheduling, or billing.

What a home care virtual assistant does

A home care virtual assistant is a remote team member who takes over the administrative work that piles up on owners, office managers and schedulers. It is not clinical work. Your VA never provides hands-on care or medical advice; they keep the office side moving so your in-house staff can focus on clients and caregivers.

Most agencies start with the role that is hurting most right now. For many that is recruiting, because every new client depends on having caregivers to staff them. For others it is scheduling, where one call-out on a Friday evening can eat the whole weekend.

  • Recruiting: posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, chasing documents
  • Intake: answering inquiries, verifying insurance, booking assessments, entering new clients into your EMR
  • Scheduling: building rosters, filling open shifts, handling call-outs and caregiver communication
  • Billing: billing support, claims follow-up, insurance verification and data entry

Why a home-care-only VA beats a generalist

Generalist VA marketplaces can find you someone who is good at email and spreadsheets. They usually cannot find you someone who already knows what an authorization is, why EVV matters, or what a missed shift costs your agency. That knowledge gap is paid for by your team in training time and mistakes.

We work only with home care agencies. Our VAs are trained on homecare platforms such as WellSky, AxisCare and HHAeXchange, on HIPAA privacy rules, and on the day-to-day workflows of a personal care agency before they are placed with you.

How the engagement works

Every placement is a dedicated VA working 40 hours a week for your agency only. They are Philippines-based professionals, managed by our U.S. leadership, with a named account manager who oversees onboarding, quality and performance.

You interview and approve the candidate before they start. Once live, your VA files an end-of-day report every working day showing what was completed, what is in progress and anything blocked. Agreements are month-to-month with 14 days' notice, with no setup fees.

  • Discovery call to map your workflows and software
  • We source and screen candidates; you interview and choose
  • Onboarding to your SOPs and systems, usually live in 5–7 business days
  • Daily EOD reports and ongoing account management

What it costs

Pricing is a flat monthly rate per dedicated, full-time VA, quoted after a short discovery call so it reflects the role and hours you actually need. There are no setup fees and no long-term contract. Compared with a local hire, you avoid recruiting costs, payroll taxes, benefits and the time spent training someone who has never worked in home care.
